• Serve as a trusted extension of the CEO — drafting, responding to, and managing email correspondence on her behalf with sound judgment and her voice
• Manage and protect the CEO's calendar with a strong POV on what deserves her time, what doesn't, and what can be delegated. Coordinate her involvement in internal and external events.
• Prepare Melissa for every meeting, conversation, and commitment with briefings, context, talking points, and pre-reads
• Own follow-up with the CEO's direct reports and executive team on goals, priorities, and commitments, relentlessly and diplomatically
• Drive weekly syncs, 1:1 rhythms, and cross-functional check-ins: own the agenda, take the notes, and make sure every action item has an owner and a deadline

• Build, maintain, and optimize production-grade ML pipelines, enabling seamless transitions from experimentation to production.
• Define and implement strategies for model versioning, rollout, rollback, and lifecycle management to ensure robust and reproducible ML systems
• Define and enforce serving-layer SLAs – latency, availability, GPU utilization, TTFT, ITL – and build observability and alerting
• Apply software engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD integration, and reproducibility to ML workflows, improving iteration speed for ML engineers without compromising reliability.

• Build the foundation of Wizard’s native iOS app, defining architecture, frameworks, and best practices.
• Architect, develop, and ship iOS apps and extensions that integrate with our AI-driven shopping platform using the latest iOS development practices (SwiftUI, MVVM, etc.)
• Collaborate with AI, platform, and product teams to integrate AI-powered recommendations and personalization features.
• Manage iOS provisioning, App Store deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Data Scientist

• Define and evolve accuracy metrics across the full shopping experience (retrieval, ranking, recommendations and outcomes)
• Design and run experiments to measure improvements and regressions
• Build and maintain evaluation datasets, benchmarks and scoring frameworks
• Translate ambiguous product questions into clear, measurable hypotheses and analysis
• Partner with ML Engineers to validate model changes and guide iteration
• Identify failure modes and edge cases and drive improvements through data
• Create dashboards and reporting that make agent performance visible, trusted and actionable

Data Scientist – AI Evaluation

• Build and productionize feedback loops that improve agent performance over time
• Build the evaluation infrastructure – offline metrics, regression suites, and experiment analysis
• Own the signal pipelines end-to-end: instrument events, build clean labeled datasets, and translate user behaviors into reliable learning signals
• Design lightweight reinforcement learning / bandit-style approaches where appropriate
• Partner closely with product and engineering to define success metrics and optimize for them
• Design and analyze experiments that validate whether learning system changes actually improve real outcomes
