About the role
- Plan and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform
- Provide strategic and hands-on technical guidance throughout onboarding to operationalization
- Serve as primary liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other teams
- Contribute to workshops to help customers unlock Wiz platform value
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders from practitioners to C-level to increase adoption and retention
- Help customers develop Success Plans and measure achievement of KPIs
- Identify and address technical issues; collaborate with Engineering and Support to resolve escalations
- Advocate for customer needs across departments and manage account escalations
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and expansion opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform and cloud security threats
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in Public Sector supporting Public Cloud workloads
- Strong familiarity with Public Sector compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and NIST
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles (Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer)
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
- CSP level certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer)
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship
