💰 $70,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Conduct dynamic sales calls with potential as well as previous clients (70 – 80 calls per day)
- Evaluate, interview clients, and enroll new clients through our consultative sales process
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPI
- Manage client’s dating experience through matching and feedback
- Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimal 2 years of sales experience with 1 year minimum at the same company that includes phone or door-to-door sales experience
- Thrives in a combination of remote and in-office sale environment
- High volume outbound dialer
- Comfortable on a performance-based commission structure
- Money motivated with a desire to make over six figures
- Experience in 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycle (preferred)
- Intangible or luxury product sales experience (preferred)
