About the role

  • Working collaboratively with the Hiring Managers and Director of Talent Acquisition to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions
  • Proactively sourcing firm operations professionals for strategic hires and just-in-time hiring to meet the needs of our growing practice
  • Recruiting, interviewing and retaining a qualified pool of candidates
  • Building and maintaining relationships with your clients, candidates and team, while demonstrating strong networking, sourcing and recruiting skills
  • Strategizing and creating best practices to increase employee referrals and attract passive candidates
  • Designing job descriptions and sourcing strategies that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for candidates
  • Sourcing through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, events and vendor relationships
  • Taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Managing and enforcing standardized recruitment processes including identification of best practices to be leveraged across the Firm
  • Conducting market research, develop competitive intelligence on industry trends and developments
  • Communicating and educating business leaders on policies and processes, including behavioral interviewing, selection and offer negotiation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a professional services environment is required
  • A combination of external and in-house recruiting experience would be highly valuable
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership of selection processes and successfully manage challenging and time pressured assignments
  • Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, social media and job boards
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and databases (Workday preferred)
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to successfully manage relationships with hiring managers
  • A team player personality with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a constantly changing work environment
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
