About the role
- Support recruiting efforts from job description creation and posting through offer approval.
- Review inbound resumes and applications within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct Recruiter Screen interviews and assess candidate alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
- Prepare candidate folders and interview documentation for hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring records in the ATS.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure interview readiness and alignment on next steps.
- Assist with internal offer documentation and routing materials for approval.
- Help ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently and efficiently.
Requirements
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is required.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions or tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer and system navigation skills; experience with an ATS preferred, Greenhouse a plus.
- Proven ability to follow up and follow through on tasks and communication.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to quickly learn recruiting tools, systems, and processes.
- A proactive, service-minded approach to supporting hiring managers and candidates.
