Own the end-to-end operational build for new product launches
Serve as the primary E2E tester for new offerings
Maintain and evolve pharmacy eligibility logic across a large and growing SKU catalog
Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping through execution
Analyze operational and user behavior data using tools such as Looker, Amplitude, SQL, and Excel
Build financial models and strategic analyses to support new channel and product decisions
Partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Compliance teams
Identify inefficiencies and design scalable workflows, systems, and processes

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or a highly analytical role at a high-growth company or top-tier firm.
Technically fluent enough to configure product catalogs, manage system logic, and troubleshoot production issues.
Strong analytical thinker with experience building models, dashboards, and analyses to drive decision-making.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and experienced in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
Effective communication skills to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable learning tools like Looker, Amplitude, Notion, Strapi, or Asana.
Bonus: Experience in telehealth, eCommerce, or healthcare-related industries, and/or familiarity with SQL or tools like dbt or Hex.
