Account Manager

• Deliver against annual and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and functional workspace
• Coordinate office maintenance and refurbishments, desk moves, and office layout changes
• Act as the first point of contact for office facilities and manage related matters

• Develop and grow customer relationships by identifying opportunities and aligning WISI solutions to customer needs.
• Manage complex sales engagements end‑to‑end—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Contribute directly to near‑term commercial success and long‑term market expansion for WISI.

Senior Account Manager

Solutions Engineer

• Join WISI’s collaborative and customer‑focused Sales organization as a Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales), supporting customer engagements across North America through advanced technical discovery, solution planning, and production deployment support.
• This role is designed for an experienced professional with deep domain expertise who can operate independently while partnering closely with the Principal Solutions Architect.
• The Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) is trusted to lead complex customer engagements, apply sound judgment, and represent WISI’s carrier‑grade solutions with confidence and credibility.
• Support customer engagements by applying deep technical expertise in Linux, networking, video workflows, and WISI solutions to define requirements, design solutions, and support successful deployment.
• Run effective technical discovery, identifying efficiencies and opportunities within customer workflows, and translating insights into well‑designed, well‑documented solutions.
• Contribute directly to both near‑term project success and long‑term commercial opportunity.

Senior Solutions Engineer – Pre Sales

• Support customer engagements across North America through advanced technical discovery, solution planning, and production deployment support
• Lead complex customer engagements, apply sound judgment, and represent WISI’s carrier‑grade solutions with confidence and credibility
• Run effective technical discovery, identify efficiencies and opportunities within customer workflows, and translate those insights into well‑designed, well‑documented solutions
• Maintain pre‑sales activities and customer engagements in HubSpot with a high level of accuracy and discipline
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to gather, clarify, and validate complex requirements
• Participate in and often lead customer meetings, calls, and on‑site engagements to establish technical confidence and trust
• Design and recommend solution architectures aligned to customer goals, technical requirements, and operational realities
• Produce high‑quality block diagrams, technical documentation, and solution summaries using Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
• Partner closely with the Principal Solutions Architect, receiving technical direction while independently executing assigned customer initiatives
• Lead or heavily support proof‑of‑concept and evaluation activities, including requirements definition, configuration guidance, and validation
• Stay current with evolving technologies, customer architectures, and industry trends.

Customer Support

• The Sales Support Representative plays a critical role in supporting sales execution, customer engagement, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.
• Increase engagement with assigned accounts through proactive outreach and scheduled interactions.
• Schedule meetings for sales representatives to engage with inactive accounts, including product update presentations and account review meetings.
• Proactively reduce customer churn by communicating firmware updates and coordinating customer training sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and contact data in HubSpot.
• Prepare and issue quotes and manage deals in HubSpot.
• Manage the end-to-end product evaluation lifecycle and collaborate with Solutions Architects.
• Act as the in-office point of contact for the sales team and contribute to continuous improvement of sales support processes.
