About the role
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound and inbound channels
- Consistently book demos with qualified leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive the sales pipeline
- Manage and maintain a large sales pipeline, ensuring pipeline hygiene and accurate CRM records
- Execute consistent follow-ups with prospects to drive engagement and bookings
- Consistently hit and exceeded key metric targets, including quality, pipeline management, and conversion rates
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and processes to maximize results
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar role
- Strong ability to manage a large pipeline and maintain CRM accuracy
- Highly persistent and results-driven, with a “never give up” attitude toward booking demos and follow-ups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using sales tools and CRM systems to track activity and progress
- As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be Tech-savvy and administratively strong
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
