Oversee the performance management, career development, training, and recruitment of the Fulfillment Team (Ads, SEO, Copywriting, etc).
Lead and support marketing strategy execution to ensure client campaigns deliver measurable results and align with overall business goals.
Manage the relationships with clients, ensure client requirements are delivered, negotiate business outcomes, address escalations and deliver innovative growth and retention strategies.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to oversee client onboarding, communication, and ongoing satisfaction.
Address, with team members, the needs of the client and formulate a plan to support and deliver it.
Understand individual client requirements.
Ensure the development and continual refinement of the team.
Meet high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and credibility.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing team members with diverse backgrounds.
Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and client account management.
Strong experience with implementing policies, procedures, and processes.
Proven experience in SMB online marketing.
Self-motivated with the ability to establish goals and reach them.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments (internal and external) on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis.
Strong overall business and interpersonal skills, including planning, presentation skills, and business acumen.
As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must be a problem solver and results-driven.
Must be tech-savvy.
Organized, administratively strong.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role.
Intermediate to advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel Skills.
