About the role
- Own the configuration, administration, and evolution of HubSpot and the broader GTM tech stack (SalesLoft, Avoma, Vitally, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Koalify, and others)
- Evaluate new technology solutions to improve and modernize our revenue generation engine
- Drive integrations and data flows across platforms to maintain a single source of truth for the revenue org
- Support end-users as needed
- Build and own GTM reporting infrastructure used by senior leadership, covering pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests with context and a point of view — not just numbers
- Proactively surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities, always paired with a recommendation
- Own CRM data quality end-to-end — set standards, perform enrichment, implement preventative solutions, run cleanup initiatives, and build processes that prevent decay
- Keep outbound and event-driven prospecting data fresh and actionable across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Own and actively manage the RevOps roadmap — prioritize ruthlessly, track outcomes (not just completion), and communicate tradeoffs clearly
- Design territories, revenue models, and company/account structures to support planning and ABM at scale
- Translate company targets into team- and individual-level goals across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Design Sales compensation plans, including documentation and calculators
- Manage cross-functional initiatives and remove roadblocks as needed
- Build and lead a small, high-performing RevOps team as the business grows
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related GTM function, with at least 1–2 years managing others
- Hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub admin experience — CRM workflows, pipeline management, and reporting
- Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud admin experience and CRM best practices
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Ability to move from data to insight to recommendation — analysis with a point of view, not just reporting
- Proven track record owning a roadmap: intake, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Strong CRM data quality instincts — you've built hygiene processes from scratch, not just inherited them
- Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, and CS simultaneously in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
- Experience implementing AI-based GTM solutions, with measurable results
