About the role
- Co-own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for B2B products and features
- Build and scale demand engines utilizing whitepapers, case studies, and community activations to drive inbound leads
- Translate complex blockchain primitives into clear business outcomes
- Develop high-impact solution briefs, webinars, and thought leadership pieces
- Create "Marketing Toolkits" for BaaS partners to accelerate their adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B growth or product marketing, ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or Web3
- Deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystems (USDC/EURC), onchain treasury management, and the regulatory landscape
- Skilled in connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes (MQLs, pipeline predictability, and ROI)
- Hands-on executor who can operate with lean budgets to achieve maximum impact through creative efficiency
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical infrastructure for executive personas at digital agencies and fintech platforms
- Track record of successfully integrating Generative AI into B2B workflows and a genuine curiosity to experiment with AI tools
