Fraud Operations Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare and analyse a full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, general ledger entries, and cashflow management
• Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Acquirer experience such as dealing with Visa / Mastercard reports, is preferred but not a must

Assistant Finance Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Develop React Native apps for iOS/Android, establishing architecture and coding standards.

Senior React Native Engineer

Financial Crime

• Perform the MLRO function in compliance with Polish AML law
• Lead on the local reporting requirements to regulators and other key stakeholders, preparation for CASP (MiCA) compliance
• Prepare ad-hoc regulatory submissions or notifications (if required) to the GIIF and/or other competent bodies
• Maintain liaison with the Polish FIU (GIIF) and other competent authorities; once MiCA enters into force — coordinate with the relevant supervisory body (e.g., KNF) within the remit of duties
• Provide regular reporting of key FC risks and mitigation plans to various Committees
• Ensuring appropriate controls are in place and adequate oversight of controls, including effective reporting
• Escalate issues to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and local Director
• Ensuring that Wirex takes steps to obtain and access any relevant “Know Your Client” information prior to accepting client applications
• Preparing and submission external reports of suspected ML/TF to the GIIF (Polish FIU) and other authorities in line with Polish AML legislation
• Maintain and periodically update the “FC/AML Programme” in the Polish context (CDD, sanctions, record-keeping), to be scaled up after the operational launch
• Obtaining and using national and international findings supplied by the Government of Poland and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF)
• Adhere to the process for financial sanction requirements
• Improve policies and procedures to meet Polish AML Act (Ustawa AML) requirements and upcoming MiCA obligations
• Putting together annual reports based on risk assessments, which can be used by the firm to access their position and risk level
• Working closely with other Wirex MLROs to share best practice

Money Laundering Reporting Officer

• Maintaining the SLAs for the completion of designated compliance tasks
• Ensuring that alerts are reviewed and cleared in line with Wirex’s risk appetite and standards
• Ensuring that compliance operations are carried out in line with regulatory requirements and meet applicable AMLCFT standards
• Undertake AML investigations and file internal STRs
• Assist with escalations of Adverse Media, PEPs and Sanctions screening alerts
• Undertake ongoing AML monitoring and EDD case reviews
• Undertake transaction monitoring and investigations for both fiat and crypto products
• Assist and/or to conduct transaction testing, data validation, and ongoing customization of monitoring systems and rules

Financial Crime Analyst

Backend Engineer

• Design and implement event-driven and microservice-based architectures using modern .NET technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and background services supporting real-time financial operations.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, estimation, retrospectives) with product, QA, and DevOps.
• Take ownership of features from concept to production—including architecture, testing, and monitoring.
• Proactively refactor legacy components and evolve platform architecture to meet current scalability, security, and maintainability standards.

Senior .Net Back-end Developer

Accounting Manager

• Manage daily accounting activities of Wirex Digital Services SRL in coordination with external accountants and the Group finance team.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory accounts, VAT returns, tax filings, and regulatory submissions in compliance with Italian law.
• Support Global Finance team on preparing monthly management accounts for SRL (Italy) and Global Group and monthly Global Group.
• Monitor and process supplier invoices, payments, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with external tax and accounting advisors for compliance with local obligations (e.g. tax, social contributions, statutory filings).
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports for both local and group reporting purposes.
