• Oversee and manage the overarching strategy that connects website, patient experience, physician engagement, and community outreach
• Lead strategic planning and establish robust project governance frameworks for the organization
• Define and implement effective project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
• Coach and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering professional growth and high standards of execution
• Act as a key liaison facilitating clear communication and alignment between technical teams, product stakeholders, and business leadership
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of roadblocks

Backend Engineer

• Build, maintain, and improve backend services and APIs that power the Winona platform.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party services and tools, particularly Stripe.
• Design, implement, and optimize backend systems and architecture.
• Ensure robust authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms to protect patient data, including experience with OIDC.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues, and independently fix production systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver features and solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions around systems design and scalability.
• Provide reliable coverage for backend support during U.S. business hours.

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the technical development of the marketing website, ensuring a high-performing, scalable, and resilient platform.
• Establish and maintain best practices for Nuxt 3, Contentful, and enterprise CMS usage, with a strong focus on developer experience.
• Design and implement a robust technical architecture, managing integrations with marketing automation tools, analytics, and other third-party services.
• Drive continuous improvement in website performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to website operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring efficient workflow and project delivery.
• Partner with leadership during US hours for strategic planning, roadmap development, and alignment with broader company objectives.
