About the role

Requirements

  • 12–18 years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or growth strategy roles
  • Strong expertise in digital analytics, marketplace strategy, and online GTM planning
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketplaces, D2C ecosystems, and performance marketing platforms
  • Proven ability to diagnose and improve online business performance versus competitors
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements
