About the role
- Diagnose and scale client brands' online businesses across marketplaces and owned channels
- Identify growth gaps versus competition and build clear, actionable strategies
- Build go-to-market strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C ecosystems
- Drive decisions across pricing, assortment, merchandising, and visibility levers
- Deep dive into digital and marketplace metrics to identify opportunities for growth
- Convert insights into tangible business outcomes including revenue growth and margin improvement
- Align performance marketing, content, and marketplace strategies into a unified growth engine
- Act as a core member of the leadership team contributing to overall business growth
Requirements
- 12–18 years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or growth strategy roles
- Strong expertise in digital analytics, marketplace strategy, and online GTM planning
- Hands-on familiarity with marketplaces, D2C ecosystems, and performance marketing platforms
- Proven ability to diagnose and improve online business performance versus competitors
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch
- Strong communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements
