About the role
- Manage and grow Wingz’ presence across social media and job online platforms
- Build and engage online communities by answering inquiries, posting updates, and promoting current job openings.
- Create relevant and engaging content such as posts about work culture, hiring tips, and employee highlights.
- Support the recruitment team by sourcing qualified candidates through online platforms, job boards, and referrals.
- Assist in initial screening of applicants once trained.
- Ensure consistent communication and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the engagement process.
- Track daily sourcing targets and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and People Operations team to improve hiring strategies and outreach methods.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management, community building, or online engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content creation, and community interaction.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment sourcing and initial screening processes.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and can manage time effectively to meet daily sourcing targets.
- Experience in remote work or virtual staffing industry is a plus.
- Creative, people-driven, and confident in engaging with Filipino candidates online.
