About the role

  • Assist with ServiceNow administration, including troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinate migration of catalog items and change workflows from a controlled instance.
  • Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and new ServiceNow team.
  • Create test plans and perform testing on completed catalog items and workflows.
  • Help define and document Change Management process requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery including sprint planning, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system optimization.
  • Support integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Azure AD, HR, ERP, monitoring tools) using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub, ensuring secure data exchange.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration or technical consulting experience
  • Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, or other frameworks).
  • Strong communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management practices.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
  • DoD Active Secret Clearance
