About the role
- Responsible for modeling network, storage, and other infrastructure in the CMDB
- Assess current state processes and tools
- Define solution requirements including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans
- Configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping
- Oversight of team members
Requirements
- Strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions
- Expertise with depth in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping
- Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation
- Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management and monitoring and integrations
- Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations
- Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure
- Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to monitoring
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions
- 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes
- Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience
