About the role
- Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions
- Possess expertise with depth in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping
- Working with clients to model network, storage, and other infrastructure in the CMDB
- Assessing current state processes and tools
- Defining solution requirements including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans
- Both implementation work and oversight of team members are required
Requirements
- Strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions
- Expertise with depth in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping
- Deep experience in configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping
- ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation
- Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management and monitoring and integrations
- Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations and consulting on implementation with large enterprises
- Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure
- Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to monitoring including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions
- 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
