About the role
- Partner closely with the founders to develop and execute integration and operational plans for both new and existing member firms
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, align stakeholders, communicate priorities clearly, and deliver against defined timelines
- Own planning and execution of post-close integrations, particularly during the first three to six months following an acquisition
- Provide ongoing project management and execution support to existing member firms beyond the initial integration period
- Continuously refine and expand Windsor Path’s integration and operating playbooks
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field, ideally within professional services or a high-growth environment.
- Prior experience in an M&A-intensive business – particularly leading or supporting post-acquisition integrations – is a strong plus.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects start to finish.
- Ability to manage multiple integrations or initiatives in parallel while operating in a fast-moving environment.
