• Assess Current Operations: Build a clear operating picture of the firm in your first 60 days, diagnose where operations can be improved
• Build Change Infrastructure: Design and implement the infrastructure to support change management, recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows
• Optimize Talent & Time: Lead capacity and resource planning, improve utilization, realization, and leverage
• Enable Growth: Partner with firm leadership on long-range planning, create operational capacity for more work and clients
• AI Adoption and Enablement: Drive the practical adoption of AI tools across the firm's workflows
• Windsor Path Platform Coordination: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between the member firm and the Windsor Path platform team
