About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess Current Operations: Build a clear operating picture of the firm in your first 60 days, diagnose where operations can be improved
Build Change Infrastructure: Design and implement the infrastructure to support change management, recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows
Optimize Talent & Time: Lead capacity and resource planning, improve utilization, realization, and leverage
Enable Growth: Partner with firm leadership on long-range planning, create operational capacity for more work and clients
AI Adoption and Enablement: Drive the practical adoption of AI tools across the firm's workflows
Windsor Path Platform Coordination: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between the member firm and the Windsor Path platform team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Operated inside a high growth services business, ideally backed by private equity or growth equity
Comfortable getting deep into how a services business makes money: how time turns into revenue, where margin lives, and what operational leverage looks like in a people-driven firm
Modernized operations in an environment that wasn't asking for change
Seen what good looks like at a well-run firm or portfolio company
Analytical and operational
Comfortable in a room with seasoned partners
Builder by temperament, wanting to join something early and take real ownership
