Operations

• Negotiate and secure better FX spreads with partner banks/liquidity providers
• Monitor daily FX exposure and execute trades to optimize costs
• Implement hedging strategies where relevant
• Oversee backend payment operations, including daily reconciliations, settlement flows, and exception handling
• Ensure smooth treasury movements across multiple currencies and accounts with partner banks and PSPs
• Coordinate with finance on cashflow forecasting and liquidity management
• Monitor FX, liquidity, and operational risks and propose mitigation measures
• Work closely with compliance teams to meet regulatory standards for FX/treasury operations
• Partner with product and engineering to optimize FX rate engines and backend ops tools
• Define and implement SOPs for treasury and trading operations
• Continuously improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of settlement processes

FX and Treasury Operations Manager

• Identify and onboard suitable KOLs and content creators aligned with campaign goals and Mantle's narratives; collaborate on content creation.
• Oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs and establish and maintain long-term relationships with valuable KOLs and partners.
• Work with social media, regional teams, and ecosystem partners to identify growth opportunities through KOL and creator networks (content co-creation, AMAs, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Mantle ecosystem to execute KOL marketing activities that support business growth.
• Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Perform market research to stay engaged with marketing trends and apply relevant approaches to increase Mantle's social awareness and growth.

Golang Engineer

Business Intelligence Developer

• Work hand-in-hand with on-chain teams to turn messy blockchain data into clear insights that drive decisions.
• Take the lead on analytics for campaigns like airdrops and staking programs — from tracking who’s eligible, to calculating rewards, to measuring how well things performed.
• Build dashboards and visualizations (think Dune, Tableau, etc.) that keep tabs on the important stuff: TVL, wallet activity, gas usage, and more.
• Thrive in a fast-moving space where shipping fast matters.
• A degree in a quantitative/technical field (Math, Stats, Comp Sci, Engineering, etc.).
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or something similar.
• Someone who’s curious, self-driven, and comfortable picking up new tools, languages, or models on the fly.
• Solid experience with Dune Analytics (SQL + dashboarding) plus at least one other platform like Nansen or DefiLlama.
• Strong understanding of how blockchains actually work — especially EVM-based chains like Ethereum, Polygon, or BNB Chain — from consensus to transactions to smart contracts.
• Nice-to-haves:
• Ability to decode raw transaction data (Ethereum tx fields, etc.).
• Programming skills in Python or similar.
