About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive localized market initiatives to expand Mantle’s presence in North America
Identify and build collaboration with top-tier media, KOLs, and distribution channels
Support execution of growth strategies to retail, INS, and dev communities
Craft and amplify founder and ecosystem narratives for the US market
Collaborate on storytelling across social, editorial, and partner channels
Plan and execute North America go-to-market campaigns
Support IRL activations, industry events, and community meetups
Coordinate with partners for co-marketing and ecosystem campaigns
Research and propose new opportunities for growth in the North America market
Support operational workflows, partnerships, and campaign rollouts
Contribute directly to Mantle’s expansion strategy in the Americas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have 2+ years of experience in crypto/web3 marketing or ecosystem roles, specifically within the North America market
Possess a strong understanding of the North America crypto landscape, media, and communities
Demonstrate high ownership, execution ability, and reliability in fast-paced environments
Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a remote, distributed team
Have strong communication and storytelling skills
Are well-connected with North America-based founders, creators, or communities (strong plus)
