About the role
- Oversee and manage installation of replacement windows, siding and doors in assigned market area
- Ensure work completed and customer satisfaction meets or exceeds company standards
- Recruit, select, train, and manage direct reports
- Perform Services & Measures as necessary
- Select, monitor and validate 1099c installation crew; document and maintain skill matrix; process install pay
- Responsible for warehouse operations and maintaining adequate inventory of installation materials; schedule warehouse auditing
- Serve as customer service liaison for install-related problems
- Work with scheduling coordinators to ensure appropriate crew assignments
- Oversee job sites to ensure quality installs; attend remeasurements appointments when necessary
- Responsible for quality job inspections and audits to ensure crew performance meets standards
- Deliver materials to job sites when required
- Approve additional costs on job sites
- Manage run rates and guild quality scores
- Manage install jobs through completion
- Review sold projects to ensure all indirect materials are identified, ordered and received prior to day of install
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- 4+ years experiencegeneral construction knowledge
- 4+ years of warehouse management
- 3+ years of customer issue resolution experience
- Experience working with installation crews
- Valid driver’s license
- Maintain a driving record that meets company’s insurance standards
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- College degree or other secondary education preferred
- High proficiency-level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in CRMs; Salesforce experience a plus
- Customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment
