About the role
- Own the design and delivery of high-stakes scenarios workshops
- Shape the intellectual substance of workshops, translating strategic goals into compelling scenarios experiences
- Ensure outputs influence policy conversations globally
- Drive end-to-end delivery of workshops: participant recruitment, agenda design, materials preparation, and follow-up
- Maintain and deepen relationships with economists, AI researchers, and policy leaders
Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, product management, strategy consulting, think tanks, or equivalent
- Background in AI, economics, or technology policy
- Track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and to a high standard
- Facilitation or convening experience with senior audiences (incl. workshops and conferences)
- Exceptional writing and synthesis skills, including attention to detail
- Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across business, academia, and/or policy
- Willingness to travel internationally for workshops and partner meetings
