Implementation Specialist

• Accountable for the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions for customers, specifically with regards to data and applications
• Maintain a deep understanding of Windfall's solutions and how they can be applied to meet customers' needs
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams
• Develop application training and content for customers
• Collaborate with Product leadership to build implementation processes into the Windfall application
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SaaS and DaaS technology
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customers hit the ground running and achieve success using Windfall's products
• Conduct customer data analysis to better understand customer needs and inform implementation strategies
• Configure and run initial attribution based on knowledge of customer data and KPIs
• Resolve data and technical issues during the onboarding process
• Report into the Solutions Engineering team and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product
