• Building out the core data asset that everything else at Windfall is built on top of

• Personally design and build the pipelines for massive datasets, taking them all the way from inception to exploration to production and customer use

• Architect and lead the development of distributed services and infrastructure to support the entire machine learning/modeling lifecycle.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines for feature engineering and model training using tools like Airflow and Dataflow.
• Develop and maintain systems for deploying, serving, and monitoring ML models in production.
• Work closely with data scientists to translate modeling needs into robust, scalable engineering solutions.
• Drive technical design, specifications, and implementation for our backend modeling services.
• Take ownership of systems that build, train, and deploy models; design and build a scalable MLOps platform.

• Architect and build distributed services which will power Windfall’s customer facing applications
• Plan for scale in building solutions for today that will also set us up for future success and growth
• Work closely with other backend, frontend, and data engineers to build a seamless product for our customers
• Drive technical design, specifications, and implementation for our various backend services
• Integrate and model complex customer data for powerful segmentation tools and enrichment workflows

Implementation Specialist

• Accountable for the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions for customers, specifically with regards to data and applications
• Maintain a deep understanding of Windfall's solutions and how they can be applied to meet customers' needs
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams
• Develop application training and content for customers
• Collaborate with Product leadership to build implementation processes into the Windfall application
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SaaS and DaaS technology
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customers hit the ground running and achieve success using Windfall's products
• Conduct customer data analysis to better understand customer needs and inform implementation strategies
• Configure and run initial attribution based on knowledge of customer data and KPIs
• Resolve data and technical issues during the onboarding process
• Report into the Solutions Engineering team and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product
