About the role
- Client support & consulting: Maintaining and growing long-term client relationships; advising on design and branding projects
- Project management: Managing design and communications projects — from concept through final delivery
- Resource management: Planning and allocating internal resources across projects
- Briefing & coordination: Translating client requirements into clear briefs for our creative team
- Strategic planning: Developing and implementing marketing and design strategies together with our clients and our strategy team
- Proposals & invoicing: Preparing proposals and invoices and monitoring the project budget
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in design or communications agencies
- Familiarity with project management, client consulting, and cost negotiations
- Experience in strategic brand communication
- Good understanding of the needs of FMCG clients
- Enjoyment of independently managing complex projects
- Serve clients nationally and internationally in English
