About the role
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of P&C generalists and specialists
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members on policy interpretation, benefits administration, and employee relations issues
- Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the P&C function, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and recordkeeping
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve P&C processes and service delivery
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and recommend changes to improve the employee experience
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a P&C or similar HR role supporting a US employee population
- Proven leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and motivating teams
- Strong understanding of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR technology and information systems
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
