About the role

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of P&C generalists and specialists
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members on policy interpretation, benefits administration, and employee relations issues
  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the P&C function, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and recordkeeping
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve P&C processes and service delivery
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and recommend changes to improve the employee experience
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a P&C or similar HR role supporting a US employee population
  • Proven leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and motivating teams
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HR technology and information systems
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
