About the role
- Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research
- Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
- Present strong talent for open positions
- Consult with hiring managers in final selections
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Update and maintain reports related to recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting
- Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong time prioritization skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system
- Strong social media presence.
