About the role

  • Reviewing job descriptions, specifications, and selection criteria to gain a full understanding of the job
  • Attending an intake call with public sector hiring managers to discuss the positions and criteria
  • Analytically reviewing candidate resumes – screening them for demonstrated experience based on defined selection criteria and scoring them by following specific resume screening guidelines and commenting on each resume

Requirements

  • Passion for recruitment and resume screening
  • Ability to analyze resumes and evaluate based on screening guidelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Junior recruitment experience or HR degree or certificate
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Work with little supervision – home office is required with your own computer and internet access
