About the role
- Reviewing job descriptions, specifications, and selection criteria to gain a full understanding of the job
- Attending an intake call with public sector hiring managers to discuss the positions and criteria
- Analytically reviewing candidate resumes – screening them for demonstrated experience based on defined selection criteria and scoring them by following specific resume screening guidelines and commenting on each resume
- Ability to meet client and internal deadlines
- Ensuring that you meet Wilson quality standards and strictly following a predetermined methodology
Requirements
- Passion for recruitment and resume screening
- Ability to analyze resumes and evaluate based on screening guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Junior recruitment experience or HR degree or certificate
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Work with little supervision – home office is required with your own computer and internet access
