• Supervise and support plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors on multiple job sites
• Coordinate daily field operations to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and customers
• Ensure work meets company standards, customer expectations, and applicable codes
• Conduct job site inspections for quality, readiness, safety, and cleanliness
• Address field issues, warranty concerns, and customer service needs
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Maintain production records, timekeeping, and project documentation
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures
