Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and support plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors on multiple job sites
Coordinate daily field operations to meet production schedules and deadlines
Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and customers
Ensure work meets company standards, customer expectations, and applicable codes
Conduct job site inspections for quality, readiness, safety, and cleanliness
Address field issues, warranty concerns, and customer service needs
Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Maintain production records, timekeeping, and project documentation
Enforce company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential new construction
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Tradesman or higher plumbing license preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Physical Requirements: This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical activities such as climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in construction environments.
