About the role
- Develop detailed, accurate, and well-coordinated construction documents using Revit.
- Produce architectural details that reflect strong technical understanding and constructability.
- Maintain and refine Revit models throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers across disciplines.
- Support the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and detail libraries.
- Assist in model troubleshooting and provide Revit guidance to team members.
- Integrate consultant models and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional Revit experience in an architectural environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, assemblies, and construction methods.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, coordinated, and code-compliant drawings.
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and model management best practices.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with public sector, educational, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects.
- Familiarity with families, schedules and detailing components essential to development of construction documentation.
