Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide leadership, support, and professional development opportunities to the technical and reporting accounting team
• Manage the reporting and filing process for SEC Form 10-Q and 10-K, and other external reporting requirements
• Proactively identify and lead the technical accounting team in researching, communicating, and resolving complex accounting matters
• Lead all policy initiatives, including the implementation of new accounting standards, and ensure global accounting policies are maintained and up to date
• Continuously monitor, document, and communicate new accounting standards to the organization and determine their impact on the company
• Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives ensuring accounting impacts are proactively addressed
• Lead Financial M&A due diligence, partner with Corporate Accounting to integrate these transactions, and communicate with Corporate Development and cross-functional team leads on accounting matters
• Drive management of valuation exercises, including partnering with 3rd party valuation firms to ensure proper valuation and disclosures
• Oversee areas including equity investments, stock-based compensation, and hedge accounting
• Develop a culture of mentorship, continuous improvement, finance transformation, automation, training, and success in the finance organization
• Report to the Controller and interact with various departments across the company to ensure proper accounting treatment and accurate financial results
