Drive net new business sales into strategic named accounts for WEST Net New Medium Enterprise Business
Drive complex sales cycles, orchestrating pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support
Implement value-selling processes leveraging knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolio
Initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
Employ effective selling strategies to position Workday as a cloud partner alternative to legacy ERP solutions
Manage a group of individual sellers across a variety of industries
Build and maintain healthy pipeline while fostering cross departmental partnerships
Requirements
Passionate, enthusiastic and successful new business salesperson
Experience driving net new business sales into strategic named accounts
Ability to drive complex sales cycles and orchestrate internal teams
Experience implementing value-selling processes and knowledge of Workday products
Consultative selling skills to build relationships with executive sponsors
Effective selling strategies to position Workday as cloud partner alternative to legacy ERP
Experience capitalizing on strategic accounts, self-starter, dynamic environment
Managing a group of individual sellers across industries
Extensive experience, domain expertise in planning suite for ME business (Planning First organization)
