About the role

  • Drive net new business sales into strategic named accounts for WEST Net New Medium Enterprise Business
  • Drive complex sales cycles, orchestrating pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support
  • Implement value-selling processes leveraging knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolio
  • Initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
  • Employ effective selling strategies to position Workday as a cloud partner alternative to legacy ERP solutions
  • Manage a group of individual sellers across a variety of industries
  • Build and maintain healthy pipeline while fostering cross departmental partnerships

Requirements

  • Passionate, enthusiastic and successful new business salesperson
  • Experience driving net new business sales into strategic named accounts
  • Ability to drive complex sales cycles and orchestrate internal teams
  • Experience implementing value-selling processes and knowledge of Workday products
  • Consultative selling skills to build relationships with executive sponsors
  • Effective selling strategies to position Workday as cloud partner alternative to legacy ERP
  • Experience capitalizing on strategic accounts, self-starter, dynamic environment
  • Managing a group of individual sellers across industries
  • Extensive experience, domain expertise in planning suite for ME business (Planning First organization)
