Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales
  • 2+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
  • 5+ years selling enterprise payroll, global employment (EOR), or HR SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of distributed workforce solutions, international HRIS, and multi-country compliance
  • Strong understanding of bi-directional API integrations
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to incorporate data-driven insights and forecasting into sales strategy
  • Resilience and adaptability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
