About the role
- Serve as strategic and operational lead for Adaptive Planning Revenue organization
- Coordinate global GTM and sales execution
- Drive frameworks to scale Annual Contract Value (ACV)
- Act as operational link between Adaptive Planning and Workday’s Global Commercial Organization
- Lead strategic planning cycles and incentive structures
- Design and manage reporting and dashboards for ACV trends
- Operate Sales events and manage field communications
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations (Rev Ops), or GTM Strategy
- Builder mindset with proven growth driving experience
- Exceptional matrix coordination skills
- Executive presence to translate complex data for senior leadership
- Data-driven approach to Sales Strategy
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, and Adaptive Planning or similar tools
- Ability to travel ~25%
