About the role
- Partner with Growth leadership and Program Managers to decode high-level strategies into measurable OKRs and tracking frameworks.
- Lead discovery sessions and user interviews to deeply understand the "why" behind data requests, ensuring solutions are integrated into the daily workflows of Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Growth data, documenting complex data sources (including Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketing Automation, and internal Product Telemetry) and logic to ensure a "single source of truth" across the organization.
- Design and maintain high-performance, interactive dashboards, utilizing visual hierarchy and storytelling to make complex market data digestible.
- Architect data sources and workbooks using industry best practices to ensure rapid load times, efficient refresh cycles, and long-term maintainability.
- Conduct rigorous gap analysis between existing data infrastructure and business needs, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to influence the roadmap for new data pipelines.
- Move beyond descriptive reporting to perform deep-dive analysis that identifies trends, anomalies, and specific growth levers for the Medium Enterprise, Global Products, and Planning segments.
- Define and execute rigorous QA protocols for data accuracy, security, and functional performance, ensuring stakeholders have absolute trust in the numbers.
- Create technical documentation and provide training to end-users to foster a self-service data culture within the Growth Org.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role or similar analytical role.
- 2+ year experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- 2+ year experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI, Looker, Workday).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience supporting a professional services workforce, understanding their specific reporting needs related to utilization, project profitability, and resource management.
- Experience with statistical modeling and data mining techniques.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
