Ensure successful implementation of Workday’s Financials solution for FSI customers
Establish and champion best practices for all FSI deployments
Become an expert in the Workday Financials product suite
Provide FSI Industry perspective for customer business requirements
Ensure client takes advantage of Workday FSI Industry best practices
Serve as a mentor for new Financial Consultants
Participate in update training and other events to share product skills

Requirements

4-5 years FSI industry - ERP Implementations experience
General Ledger, Consolidations, Allocations, Currency Revaluations and Translations Implementations experience
Financial touchpoints to Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Assets
Workday Deployment Experience
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Experience with Workday Accounting Center
Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong industry knowledge
Strong influencing skills and ability to drive consensus
