About the role
- Partner with Capture and Sales to shape win strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Lead cross-functional teams (SMEs, writers, editors) through the entire process, managing schedules, resources, and performance.
- Translate solicitation requirements into compliant outlines and compelling content while ensuring strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations.
- Oversee writing, editing, pricing alignment, and final packaging/delivery.
- Support post-submission clarifications/orals and lead lessons-learned reviews to refine templates and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years of experience in federal government proposal development
- Minimum of ten years of experience understanding of FAR and other relevant regulations
- Minimum of ten years of experience demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Membership in professional organizations related to proposal management (e.g., APMP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and proposal management software.
- Travel may be required for training, conferences, or client visits.
- U.S. Citizenship is required
