Ensure the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions
Provide consulting project activities
Client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring sophisticated interpersonal and technical skills
Perform problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment
Mentor new consultants
Identify additional product or service opportunities in customer organization

Requirements

5+ years of functional experience in Financial, Revenue, Spend, Performance Management software solutions or systems
5+ years proven ability implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications
Validated Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Expense Management, Financial Reporting, or Budgeting
5+ years of Consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Passion for customer service
Validated project management experience
Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
