About the role
- In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
- Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications.
- You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.
Requirements
- Advanced language skills in English plus fluent German
- 1 years of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- credibility & value proposition: the ability to articulate the value and potential of technology
- candid communication & trust building: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- business acumen: ability to absorb new concepts and showcase a passion for innovation in order to delight and inspire our prospect customers
