About the role
- Work with Workday implementation projects focusing on strategic and complex Financials projects
- Collaborate closely with the client’s project team to ensure successful deployments of Workday’s integration products, tools, and services
- Architect, design, and manage integration deliverables across multiple Workday implementation projects
- Apply service-oriented architecture design principles, common ERP Financial integration design patterns, and phased implementation methodologies
- Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases and engage in sales cycles to help scope integration projects
- Provide consultative support, mentor junior consultants, and proactively share knowledge with teammates
- Surface implementation and process-related challenges to leadership and suggest improvements
- Contribute to customers’ experience with Workday integration products, tools, and services to drive high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years demonstrated integration or technical experience in Financials ERP related domains (General Ledger, Banking, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Accounts Receivable) [Senior / P4]
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in architecture, Design and Build integration solutions using Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, XSLT, PeopleCode, ABAP, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, SQL, other Financial ERP or Middleware technologies [Senior / P4]
- Minimum 4+ years managing small teams of Integration Consultants and mentoring/coaching on Integration best practices [Senior / P4]
- Minimum 3+ years demonstrated integration or technical experience in Financials ERP related domains (General Ledger, Banking, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Accounts Receivable) [Financial Integration Consultant / P3]
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture, Design and Build integration solutions using Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, XSLT, PeopleCode, ABAP, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, SQL, other Financial ERP or Middleware technologies [Financial Integration Consultant / P3]
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – preferable in Finance or Accounting
- Ability to consult as an Advisory or Architect on customer implementations
- Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client timelines are met
- Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and ability to tailor communication style
- Proven learning agility and ability to quickly adapt and apply knowledge to solve problems
- Eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus
