About the role
- You ensure legally sound software and cloud agreements (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) — practical, clear, and enforceable
- You act as a legal partner to product units, advising on projects, risks, and new services
- You review, negotiate, and draft contracts: from licensing and SLAs to data protection agreements
- You assess business models in cloud computing and IT security with a clear eye for opportunities and risks
- You keep the company legally fit by monitoring legislative changes and developing pragmatic solutions.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with a focus on IT, data protection, and contract law
- Several years' experience in IT contract law, particularly with cloud agreements
- Confident presence in negotiations — tough but fair
- You bring energy, openness, and the ability to win colleagues over beyond the boardroom
- Fluent in German and English (negotiation-level).
