About the role

  • End-to-end recruiting: You take full responsibility — from briefing hiring teams, writing job ads, and sourcing through to interview coordination and making the offer
  • Active sourcing: You identify suitable talent across LinkedIn, GitHub and specialized communities and approach candidates in a targeted, professional manner
  • Interview management: You plan, conduct and support interviews with the goal of creating an efficient, transparent process for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Candidate experience: You ensure a fast, honest and respectful application process — communication at eye level is a given for you
  • Collaboration with hiring managers: You advise business units operationally, provide market and candidate feedback, and ensure decisions are made promptly
  • Data & processes: You maintain accurate records in the ATS, keep statuses and metrics up to date, and bring structure to the day-to-day recruiting work

Requirements

  • Several years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on tech or consulting profiles
  • Strong sourcing skills and routine in direct approaches/outreach
  • Good understanding of technical roles — you can assess profiles and explain them clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • Communicative, reliable and empathetic — you build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring teams
  • Hands-on mentality: You work quickly, stay structured and never lose sight of the big picture
  • Curious about new approaches in recruiting — you contribute ideas, test tools and stay informed about the market
