About the role
- Supporting municipal utilities and energy suppliers in the functional implementation of market communication within the ENER:GY ERP billing solution
- Advising clients on market communication in day-to-day operations
- Analyzing, designing, and optimizing market processes such as GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, and MPES
- Implementing functional requirements in the system (customizing, automation, process mapping)
- Monitoring regulatory changes and supporting the introduction of new market processes
- Planning and facilitating workshops as well as coordinating functionally with customers and internal teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in market communication within the energy sector
- Solid understanding of GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, and MPES
- Knowledge of market communication data formats such as EDIFACT, AHB, and AS4
- Good understanding of IT systems, data structures, and functional process mapping
- Confident client communication and a structured, independent, solution-oriented way of working
