About the role

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing campaigns for sold projects as part of the established Audience Solutions portfolio, ensuring strong targeting and positioning, engagement, conversions, and ultimately meaningful value to the customer
  • Own and lead multiple marketing projects, aligning long-term portfolio objectives with near-term commercial priorities
  • Act as a marketing lead on assigned initiatives and projects, setting direction, reviewing outputs, and ensuring consistency, quality, and impact in copy and messaging
  • Develop strong marketing copy and messaging, indicate directions and targeting for marketing campaigns, develop sales enablement tools, and customer-facing materials including reporting and marketing plans
  • Drive demand-generation and brand-building campaigns to support conversion objectives, awareness, and overall portfolio performance
  • Own marketing reporting and analytics, using insight and data to optimize marketing performance and clearly communicate results and recommendations to customers
  • Work closely with Editorial, Sales, Project Management teams and the wider Marketing team to schedule campaigns, align to asset delivery and overarching marketing plans
  • Influence and engage stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels to drive alignment and execution
  • Contribute to broader brand initiatives and cross-portfolio marketing programmes
  • Lead or support strategic marketing projects aligned with the continued growth of the Advanced Portfolio and Life Sciences strategy.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing, ideally within life sciences, scientific content, or another knowledge-led or regulated industry
  • Proven experience in managing diverse marketing projects, including responsibility for ongoing performance, ideally in the context of a marketing agency
  • A strong track record of developing, executing, and reviewing robust marketing plans, using email marketing, paid social media, and search
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and positioning skills within technical markets
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
  • Confidence using marketing analytics to guide decision-making and reporting
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities across high-revenue initiatives
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
