About the role

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, content, and other teams to deliver platform features and capabilities.
  • Contribute to the definition of priorities, roadmap, and product requirements with guidance from senior product leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead feature development efforts by gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working closely with engineering teams through design, build, and delivery.
  • Support agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Gain understanding of customer needs by participating in user research and gathering feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate progress on platform features to stakeholders, maintaining transparency on timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor feature-level metrics and KPIs to understand impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to product documentation, process improvements, and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in product management, SAAS product development, software engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to both details and broader context.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and consistently deliver on commitments.
  • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience with agile development processes.
  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Passion for educational technology and making a positive impact on student learning.
