Product Manager

• You take ownership of the CRM / Customer Relations stream and continuously develop it.
• You translate the CRM strategy into concrete CRM journeys, campaigns and systems across the customer lifecycle – from onboarding to retention and win‑back.
• You develop and maintain a clear segmentation and progression logic based on customer, purchase and behavioral data.
• You design and optimize CRM campaigns, automations and brand-defining communication moments across email, WhatsApp and SMS.
• You ensure brand-compliant, consistent and respectful CRM communication across all relevant touchpoints.
• You work in a data-driven way with Shopify data, CRM KPIs, surveys and customer feedback and derive concrete optimizations.
• You collaborate closely with creative strategists, analysts and developers, connecting brand, data and technology.
