About the role

  • Fulfilment management: Relationship management with external fulfilment providers
  • Fulfilment & Logistical excellence: Oversee fulfilment and delivery of DTC and retail orders
  • Launch management: Oversee operational preparation for DTC product launches
  • Process excellence: Adhere to and improve SOPs for logistics management and order fulfilment
  • Data & Reporting: Report on performance of fulfilment partners against KPIs
  • Systems management: Maintain smooth flow of orders through our ERP system
  • Project management: Cross team collaboration

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Operations experience (Supply Chain, Fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, transportation)
  • B. A. degree required
  • Previous experience managing and influencing internal & external stakeholders
  • Growth mindset and natural curiosity
  • Organisational & analytical skills
  • Time management skills
  • Self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous experience and knowledge of ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
